GoDaddy approached us with a specific goal: to develop a new strategy that would resonate with a younger, more entrepreneurial audience. Their objective was to demystify the process of building a business and inspire young Australians to take their first steps towards entrepreneurship. To achieve this, we crafted a comprehensive social, digital, and brand campaign.

Our approach centred around showcasing real stories from Australian small businesses and entrepreneurs at different stages of their business journeys. We conducted interviews with these GoDaddy customers and delved into their pivotal 'First' milestones—the moments that defined their entrepreneurial journeys. These personal stories revealed both the struggles and joys of building a business, creating an authentic and relatable narrative for aspiring entrepreneurs through a range of video and static assets.

In addition to the content strategy, we implemented on-page engagement techniques to We strategically shared these stories on GoDaddy's social media platforms, leveraging their reach and engagement to increase brand awareness. Additionally, we utilized the videos and visuals across various digital, out-of-home (OOH), and marketing touchpoints, amplifying their impact and recall. The versatility of the content allowed us to adapt it for performance marketing assets, effectively targeting audiences at different stages of the customer journey and maximizing conversion opportunities.
