In late 2018, fifteen Griffith University communication and journalism students travelled to Vanuatu to participate in the New Colombo Plan funded, ‘Climate Change Communication in the Pacific Study Tour’. The study tour built upon planning and adaptation projects being undertaken by the Griffith Climate Change Response Program, and in partnership with the Secretariat for the Pacific Regional Environment Program and the University of the South Pacific.
